sometimes it's better to do everything yourself and depend on yourself because there are people who does not have a sense of responsibility and sense of urgency. Dislike people who lied that they have done something and when they did not do it in the first place and start to think of excuses for themselves. I believe that the sense of responsibility should be applied in all circumstances. It's kinda hard for people to gain my respect if they doesn't do what they promised.
