lots of projects to be done! and calculus common test is on this wednesday!arghhh.....btw...one happy news to share....i saw shalini at yio chu kang MRT station today and she asked me out! hee...why am i so happy? that's because i know she still remembers me and misses me.....hee....will plan an outing with her, ting ha, sagun and mohana after all my exams/ when i'm free.......

i envy roan and alvin for being so sweet to each other.....they can even go genting with roan's family...so sweet!they are just like a newly married couple ...lol....both of then smile sweetly at the camera too....just so sweet...don't you envy such sweet couples?when can i do the same? jeffrey and i always argue and say awlful things to each other even though we care for each other...oppps....omg...dear dear is going to nag at me for complaining at my blog....shereen:"jeffrey dear dear...sorry okay? i'm so ke lian~ >.< "

customer service ica is finally over......chin hong told me that a few girls from his class cried because the teacher was too harsh on them.....our ica is about how a service personnel handle a phone call from an angry/upset customer....we had to come up with our own script but our teacher will never follow the script....whats the point of having a script then.......here's something

dear dear was saying that i don't have a mature face and i look too innocent and will get con by others........and it is hard for him to imagine me as a business woman.......that really makes me sad.....so what if i look innocent and does that mean that i will be con by others easily?people who look innocent should learn how to guard against others and so does everyone else..... perhaps you will think i trust people easily but in actual fact i don't....that's because of lessons learnt....you know, sometimes you just 'act innocent'(at least in front of my dear dear...wahhaha...bibi...so now you know) so that people will tend to protect you more and teach you more things...just imagine...would you rather teach someone who act as if they seem to know nothing or someone who seem to act as if they know everything? but I'm glad dear dear gave me all this feedback.....coz i can learn from all the feedback and improve on myself..... other than encouragements by friends and family, i need people who discourage me and say that i can't do it...as it will give me the power to persist and prove that i can do it....more hurtful words are welcomed....I'm serious :)
