Sometimes i'll surprise myself when i speak with the malaysian slang. haha. this is because i have a ex-colleague who is from malaysia and i learnt the slang accidentally. And best part of it, i didn't mean to speak like that. I'm just like a sponge that absorbs water.

i think that i will feel neglected and upset if my bf(if i have one) didn't reply me when he is free. However, i think i'm the one who always tend to reply messages after a long time. I will usually read the sms but reply at a later time if i'm busy. Sometimes i forget to reply sms when i'm doing project or when i'm working. I think the best solution to avoid feeling neglected and upset when he/she doesn't reply= to keep yourself occupied. I think i won't feel too upset if my bf reply someone from the opposite sex. However, it also depends on the kinda conversation between them.
I think that couples should give each other space and this will make the relationship stronger. I don't really like going out with my bf everyday as i need my own space and i believe my bf does too. If i have a bf, i'm fine with meeting only once a week, twice a week or once every two weeks. I think it's best to meet when we miss each other and not meet for the sake of meeting. I read the real life love story on your blog...and i think that the couple is really sweet. I really admire people for having the courage to go into a relationship. It's easy to start a relationship but it's hard to maintain it.

Played Texas (poker) at eugene's house yesterday night...about 6 people went too. It's my first time playing texas and there are so many things to remember...e.g dealer, small blind, big blind, check, fold, rematch, dominate, the different combination of cards, etc...and it's so interesting to look at the facial expression of every players....different people have different playing style...while some players like to fish, some players like to bluff and some players like to be conservative. It's so exciting when i tried to bluff them for the first time. Myke became my texas 'mentor' and taught me that i have to be daring if i really wanna bluff in certain cases. And so i tried to bluff them for the first time and everyone fold as i added a lot of money. They will have to add on the same amount of money if they were to follow. They really thought i have good cards because i have no facial expression. They thought that i really had good cards because i'm usually conservative and it's the first time i add-on so much money. lol. It's really funny when i managed to lie...and 'phew'...i din know i can look so convincing...haha...Although each person is given '$2000' worth of chips, we only had to pay $5 for the '$2000' worth of chips. We played for 3 to 4 hours using our $5. It's really funny to see how they can 'fight' for hours just to get back their $5. I had about '$900' chips left towards the end of the game. However, i just threw in all my money ($5) and let someone else win it because i had to go home as it is getting late.

i cannot stand it when a guy/ a girl who is attached goes around flirting with girls. xx, my sec sch friend, kept messaging me stuff and flirts with me. and the stuff that he sms...is damm disgusting...what happened to the friend that i once know? he said stuff like...what are u doing...i miss you.....then i msg him this-->be nice to your gf, don't flirt around. u will break her heart. then he replied me...oo...that's not my gf...i just nv update only...
then i thought to myself....i'm not dumb...she is obviously his gf, with all that messages on facebook...you should read the messages on facebook...
hmm...he is decent looking...but yet goes around flirting and smsing people disgusting messages. The disgusting messages are very in-dept as well. After ignoring him for a long time, he finally msg me this--> hmmm u never reply. okay anyway i am considered still with her i think.

then i thought to myself...what if your girlfriend is not in singapore? does that mean you can flirt with other girls? you should wake up your idea and _____.

I'm getting my contact lens later...happy...lol!...haha...okay...if you ask me what's the excitement about, i would say....hmmm...i'm just excited to wear contact lens. (it's been ages since i last wear contact lens). I'm getting my contact lens at the optical shop that i usually go. Their prices are affordable and they have good customer service.

it's time to tidy my room now! i've neglected it for a long time...haha

I just reached home from work and my feet is so tired. Went _o_g_n_ to work today and one of the sup_rvi_o_ is so unfriendly and rude. I went to the office to report for work and she refused to let me start work because i didn't attend the training by her company. Although i didn't attend the training by her company, i attended the training conducted by the marketing department of darlie toothpaste. This is the problem of outsourcing some activities. Anyway, i said she is rude because she shouted on top of her voice and said my ic number is not in the computer system and that she can't let me start work and i didn't follow the rules of her company. Then i showed her the namelist of my company and she said 'it's none of my business, i can't let you start work because you didn't attend the training conducted by my company' in a very harsh manner. Then, i told her that i went to the other outlets and they just issued me the __ pass as they know i will be reporting on that day. Then she told me that 'it's none of her business'. Anyway, her company didn't have any training for the darlie product as it's a new product. So how am i supposed to go for the training when there's no training and furthermore, i've already attended the training by the marketing department of darlie toothpaste. Then, i told her to hold on while i make a call to my company. Then she said 'get out of the office if you are making a phone call, i can't let you start work'. I didn't even show her any attitude and yet she is showing me such bad attitude. I kept my cool throughout and although this is quite a bad experience, it's not bad enough to make me erupt and lose my cool. Although i'm talking to her a nice manner, this is what i'm actually thinking in my mind 'grumpy old fat lady with such a loud voice' and 'shereen, please control yourself as you wouldn't want to be in the same frequency as her' and 'you have to think of the solution, don't get emotional at this time' and 'keep a straight face, you wouldn't want to let your emotions show, especially in front of her'. Then, i made a phone call to my company and they said they will call the client to check with them. Then, the client called the sup_rvi_o_ and talked to her. Many things happened in between. After 1 and 1/2 hour of settling, the sup_rvi_o_ finally agreed to let me work. Anyway, even though i'm supposed to start work at 2pm, i started work at 3.30pm and it ended at 6pm. However, i'm paid from 2pm to 6pm. In conclusion, i hope there will be more cases like that in the future. It will make me stronger and i wanna see what's my limit before i finally erupt. I love taking challenges and sup_rvi_o_ , this is not going to bring me down.

Darlie launched a new product. It's the sensitivity relief toothpaste and I will be working this weekend as sample distributor for darlie. Will be working this saturday and sunday.

They gave us a briefing and a presentation. Then, we had to do a role-play. It reminds me of the customer service presentation when i was in nyp.

I get upset when i see money disappearing from my bank account...i feel so insecure when i'm broke...

About life
I have been staying at home for the past two days, just to study and watch youtube. Anyway, i will be working part-time soon as i'm kinda broke recently. I just realised that i don't have enough pocket money as my travel expenses are getting higher. I don't wanna get more money from my parents as i know they have their own expenses too. I think working part-time is good as i will have more money for my own expenses.
About pool
I'm going to practise more to prepare myself for the SUniGames this august. SUniGames is also known as the Singapore University Games (http://www.singaporeunisports.org/ ). This is a competition between various schools such as SIM, SMU, NTU and NUS. I didn’t join SIM pool club for competition reasons but rather, i only know about it after i joined the pool club. I wanna practice more because i wanna try my best. I think i need more practice because i have quite a number of mistakes when playing pool.
