managed to call singtel to ask them about my handphone billing information. Talked to them for around 45 minutes and managed to ask them whether i can upgrade my phone earlier so that i can enjoy the student promotional package with free unlimited sms as the promotion will end by this month but i can only recontract next month. Managed to convince them to let me upgrade earlier using the student promotional package and i guess i will be looking at new handphones from the hello shops soon. Called them using my handphone and asked they whether i have to pay for calling 1688 using my handphone. They said that it's free of charge and it better has to be free of charge or else i will make them deduct the charges. Told them to waive off the 50 cents reminder charge and 4.80 mms charge too. So crappy. 50 cents reminder charge when they didn't even send me the previous bill. I only received the reminder bill with no details of the number of sms, mms and calls i made. Told them to send me a copy of my previous bill as i wanna check out the details. So tiring talking to 3 different customer officers for 45 minutes.....phew...luckily i settled everything in the end.
