just finished doing 30 sit-ups and 30 squat-ups (i can't remember the name)..it's not alot but i'll do it everyday. This is what is going through my mind when i'm exercising-->

below 10 sit-ups--> pretty easy...i'm sure i can do it
10-20 sit-ups--> hmm...still okay i guess
20-30 sit-ups--> ehh...can i just stop at 20? it's kinda tiring!

below 10 squats--> listening to the music...
10-20 squats--> i'm still counting...10, 11, 12, 13, 14...etc
20- 30 squats--> can i just stop at 20? i already did sit-ups and 20 squats...*the devil is fighting with the angel*...no! you have to finish doing it! or else there is no point doing it and complaining after that. Once you've decided to do something, you have to do it no matter what!

and so, i finished doing everything...
