sharing some beauty tips for the body-->i'm starting to do 'stand and squat 90 degree'(erm, i forgot what is the name of this exercise but i saw it from a sports channel on tv) exercise to tone up my hips...or else not very nice if it is soft or saggy...u will feel tired after doing 15 of them...lol....but please remember to continue and do at least 30 everyday... it will be good for the hips....u are supposed to squat around 90 degree and you should put your hand horizontally, parallel to the floor. However, i'm not doing that in the photo because i need to hold the camera..haha...and please remember to exert the strength on the butt instead of using only the legs to help you get up....or else you will be toning your legs instead. Please remember to continue doing it everyday and you can also do it while listening to music or watching television. It should only take up about less than 5 minutes :)
