I went for my monthly dental appointment and i can't chew on anything now. For lunch, I had a small bowl of porridge, drank tea, ate two half boiled eggs and some bread and it's back to eating porridge for dinner now. Porridge + painful teeth= sadness. But i will endure it..because things will get better. The dentist said that the teeth is progressing well and he is now trying to open up a gap for another teeth to be at the correct position. I'm still afraid of going to the dentist after such a long time because it is still painful when i go for my braces adjustment. Things will get better~
