I just reached home from work and my feet is so tired. Went _o_g_n_ to work today and one of the sup_rvi_o_ is so unfriendly and rude. I went to the office to report for work and she refused to let me start work because i didn't attend the training by her company. Although i didn't attend the training by her company, i attended the training conducted by the marketing department of darlie toothpaste. This is the problem of outsourcing some activities. Anyway, i said she is rude because she shouted on top of her voice and said my ic number is not in the computer system and that she can't let me start work and i didn't follow the rules of her company. Then i showed her the namelist of my company and she said 'it's none of my business, i can't let you start work because you didn't attend the training conducted by my company' in a very harsh manner. Then, i told her that i went to the other outlets and they just issued me the __ pass as they know i will be reporting on that day. Then she told me that 'it's none of her business'. Anyway, her company didn't have any training for the darlie product as it's a new product. So how am i supposed to go for the training when there's no training and furthermore, i've already attended the training by the marketing department of darlie toothpaste. Then, i told her to hold on while i make a call to my company. Then she said 'get out of the office if you are making a phone call, i can't let you start work'. I didn't even show her any attitude and yet she is showing me such bad attitude. I kept my cool throughout and although this is quite a bad experience, it's not bad enough to make me erupt and lose my cool. Although i'm talking to her a nice manner, this is what i'm actually thinking in my mind 'grumpy old fat lady with such a loud voice' and 'shereen, please control yourself as you wouldn't want to be in the same frequency as her' and 'you have to think of the solution, don't get emotional at this time' and 'keep a straight face, you wouldn't want to let your emotions show, especially in front of her'. Then, i made a phone call to my company and they said they will call the client to check with them. Then, the client called the sup_rvi_o_ and talked to her. Many things happened in between. After 1 and 1/2 hour of settling, the sup_rvi_o_ finally agreed to let me work. Anyway, even though i'm supposed to start work at 2pm, i started work at 3.30pm and it ended at 6pm. However, i'm paid from 2pm to 6pm. In conclusion, i hope there will be more cases like that in the future. It will make me stronger and i wanna see what's my limit before i finally erupt. I love taking challenges and sup_rvi_o_ , this is not going to bring me down.
