You give your thoughts emotional power. Thoughts do not have the ability to control or impact your life- until you believe in those thoughts. It's when you decide to believe that you are a jealous person that you feel like one and then act like one. If you chose to let go of jealous thoughts by acknowledging them and then trashing them, jealousy will disappear. You will then have greater peace in your life.
