I have some good news…I can now eat rice & suishi and many other food….yummy….dentist told me to chop up all my food during the first week but I am very reluctant and unhappy to do so…was angry with myself for not trying to chew so I started eating porridge, then soup, then rice, fishballs, grapes, and now I can put the whole sushi into my mouth…although the front teeth are still weak, I can now chew using the back teeth…..still not sure whether putting braces is a good choice coz I din extract any teeth…but I just hope my teeth will be a little straighter…..

jessie said that braces are scary and so I wish to blog about the entire process of putting bracesà firstly, I have to take two x-rays, they call it lateral ceph + panoramic x-ray…which means the front x-ray and side x-ray….secondly, I have to make a study model of my top and bottom teeth…they will use something soft to make the study model…..i dislike making the study model as I can feel I am choking coz the model is kinda big for my mouth…..this is the only part that I am afraid of….thirdly, the dentist cleaned my teeth before putting some extension to my teeth….to prevent me from biting properly….just imagine…hair extension to teeth extension…..but it can’t be seen as it is the same colour as my teeth….the fourth step is gluing on the ceramic braces and then the wire…..and the whole process is done….i saw the dentist holding a big tweezers…or what they call it…..but it’s in fact used to cut the wire only(outside ur mouth of coz)….lol…..please don’t be frightened by what you see…your eyes can lie sometimes….p.s: there is no injection or anything so you would feel any pain during the whole process…..the pain comes later at night…..i would describe the pain as muscle ache in the teeth/gum and it kept me awake for the whole night till 3a.m…but its for the first day only….. this is what happened in my case but my cousins were unable to eat rice for quite some time…..maybe becoz they extracted their teeth
