went to cineleisure pastamania with Jeffrey few weeks ago and he waited for a long time for his food to be served......and i think it's because they forgotten about his order......and Jeffrey is reluctant to visit pastamania ever since. My project topic for effective business writing is on the company pastamania and then i visited the website for more research. When i saw the section on tell us your views, i decided to write my comments and describe what happened on that day. After 3 days, someone from pastamania called me and apologized for what happened at pastamania that day. He was very polite and told me that he is really sorry for the bad customer service we received. After about 5 minutes of conversation, he offered to compensate me by mailing pastamania's cash voucher to me.....from this call conversation, i can tell that he is very sincere in making improvements and also taking customer's feedback seriously......i think this is commendable as very few of the food retailers can prove that they are serious in customer's feedback.....
