i have a question to ask everyone......why do couples like to stick their face together when they take photos? hmmm.....

so tired after walking up and down to set up the venue for the fostering committee review meeting just now....i have to prepare the warm water, 3 in 1 coffee..milo, packet drinks, cakes, wash the fruits, arrange the tables and chairs for the meeting, etc......and my colleague who went down with me made a very terrible mistake.....she typed the venue wrongly! she typed it as longyamen room (17th floor) instead of generosity room(level 1)......then i was asking her should we call the committee members to inform them about the venue....then she said dun need.....coz they will figure it out.....then when i went upstairs to take the paper plates, i saw my assistant manager and she was telling me she is heading to level 17.....i told her that my colleague made a mistake in the venue and that she should go to level 1, she asked me why my colleague nv tell her when she(my colleague) msg her(assistant manager)....and why din she check before she asked me to photocopy 20 reports.......lol....i dunnoe how to reply her......then, my assistant manager had to go around telling all the officers that the venue is at level 1.......obviously my colleague is trying to hide her mistake but i think she should have told my assistant manager about it.....or at least called the officers and committee members to inform them.......my colleague went to take tap water and boiled it 20 minutes before the meeting....and she asked me how come the water is still not hot after 15 minutes....i told her that we usually take boiling water from the pantry and that she has added too much water in the flask till the water level is above the 'full boiling capacity'........zzzzz.....another colleague went to take the 3-in-1 coffee and came downstairs empty handed......so i have to go up to take it.....i dunnoe if my colleague really checked as the 3 in 1 coffee is just inside the drawer......zzzz again....i know i'm very blur so i will tend to observe others when i'm working......sometimes i spot other's mistake but i dun point it out to them unless they discover it themselves.....but i hope that others will point out my mistakes so that i can learn from my mistakes.....haha.....

arghh....i got a paper cut again.....yucks ...the feeling is terrible.....i always injure myself when i'm working.....i feel like i'm a technician/maid at my office sometimes....coz my assistant manager will ask me ....eh....do u know how to print and load a3 paper into the printer?(when i can't use the printer myself)....and another person ask me.....how did u bind the reports? how to use the binding machine and where did u go to bind them?......then another ask me....how to use microsoft excel e.g page setup...etc.....and sometimes they will ask me....do u know where is the cards? documents? .....lol! and the things are all around the places e.g in different workstations....that means i have to rmb the things in every different workstations....lol.....i feel that this is a good learning experience for me.....coz i get to learn things like reading the case files and updating them, do admin stuff....book rooms for events...plan next year events.....and preparing the venues for meetings.....do statistics stuff......and to read the life stories of different people....etc......glad that the comments that my supervisor gave me are good.....glad that no one used the word 'blur' and 'childish' on me...though some of them still calls me xiao mei.....haha....my ipp officer will be coming next thursday...this is the second visit....i hope that the assistant manager give me the same comments as the previous meeting.....do wish me luck ya?
