went to suntec and marina square to shop for jeffrey's valentines' day gift......after buying a addidas shirt for him, weishan and me headed to blossom to shop for clothes.....there was this salesgirl who was about 1.54m tall, shoulder length hair and was wearing heavy makeup with dark blue eyeliner....she was very rude to us.....she spoke loudly and knocked on the door loudly when we were trying on the clothes.....but nevertheless, i ignored her and bought an apparel from the shop.....while paying, she wanted to give me another new piece of the apparel but i insisted on having the display apparel as the cutting would be somehow different (based on my past shopping experience)......and she argued that its the same and that she had bought one before..... in this case....i would have taken a new piece if they had explained to me politely.....and after that...she even said that it was a rule that her boss had given her.....they are not to give a display item to a customer even if they had requested....and what was the reason given? she said that it was because if they had given a customer the display piece, she would have to open a new piece and display it again (which was of course troublesome for someone who is plain lazy).....i told her that i had bought clothes from blossom before and that the customer could have the display piece........she was speechless and she was staring at me rudely.......instead of feeling uneasy and letting her get her way.....i glared back to her and insisted on having that particular piece and that she call her manager and asked her how to handle the situation.......in the end, she got scolded by her manager and was told to display a new apparel instead of arguing with the customer......weishan was also unhappy with her customer service and said that she was uneducated and know nothing about customer service......i hope she learnt her lesson......she's still young and not suited to be a salesgirl if she doesn't even know of the basic politeness......yucks.......
